Round Inventory
Our commitment is to keep our customers supplied with quality
hardwood pallets year round. This is achieved by processing all
kinds of hardwood. Southern Packaging has never run out of
raw materials in the history of the company. At our 45-acre facility,
we purchase and stock a variety of raw material products including
a) graded hardwood pulp wood (round logs), b) hardwood boards from
other sawmills (5/4 and 4/4), c) square dimension stock called cants
(4"x6", 4"x8"), and d) cut-stock of pre-sized
ready to nail pallet components from other sawmills. This
inventory is purchased from suppliers in Louisiana, Texas,
Mississippi, and Arkansas. |
